The Olivia White Initiative is a nonprofit organization committed to supporting children with behavioral challenges or learning differences by empowering the adults in their lives.
We provide training, tools, and outreach to parents, teachers, and childcare providers, focusing on empathy-centered, evidence-based behavior strategies.
Our goal is to create stronger connections and better outcomes for children who are often misunderstood or overlooked.
This mission was inspired by the incredible bond between Ms. White, a devoted first-grade teacher, and her student Olivia, a young girl struggling with learning and behavior issues.
Even while facing her own battle with terminal cancer, Ms. White fought to get Olivia the support she needed by reaching out to Dr. Lori for further support.
Her compassion and perseverance are the heart of our work. Through every training and every family we reach, we honor her legacy and strive to give children like Olivia a better path forward.

The Olivia White Initiative equips parents, educators, and childcare providers with empathy-centered, evidence-based behavior wellness and management strategies to support children with behavioral challenges or learning disabilities. Through training, advocacy, and community outreach, we empower caregivers to build stronger, more compassionate connections with the children who need them most.
Together, we can create resilient caregivers to help sustain lasting behavior change. Support our cause and help us make a lasting impact on the community.
